I alternate different probiotics to support the work of the intestines and gastrointestinal tract. Here is a good dosage of Lactobacillus gasseri (as LG08) (10.29 billion CFU) and there is Lactobacillus reuteri (as LR08). I believe in the benefits of the product. I recommend buying during discounts.
