took these once a day for about two weeks as an Energy Supplement. They started working for me after 2-3 days where I saw an increase in energy and attention. It is a much better alternative to coffee and feels better throughout the day until bed time. It has no affect on my sleep. I would recommend if you are looking to increase your energy level throughout the day.

First time taking NMN combined with TMG, I do feel a little bit more energized in the past few weeks .I think the ingredients, size, quality, potency should be a good balance overall. I don't taste anything as it's in a capsule form which is a little larger than what I am use to.

At first, I didn't think it did much of anything, but after a couple of weeks I realized it does increase my energy a bit, as long as I take it without food. However, taking it with food causes gastric distention for some reason. I also stopped taking it daily, despite wanting the energy boost, because it started making my skin itch. No flush, but it definitely causes increased sensitivity as this high dose.
