I notice that I have better sleep and it helps with anxiety and postpartum depression. Triglyceride form is what im looking for in a fish oil. Ingredient has higher EPA and DHA compared to most. Taste is okay and doesn’t smell awful. Good quality and packaging. I’ve ordered many times.

I’ve been looking for an Omega-3 that doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste, and this one is a winner. I’ve included detailed shots of the pill on the cap so you can see the actual size before you buy! ​What I noticed: ​No Smell: As soon as I opened the bottle (see my photo of the inner seal), there was zero fishy odor. ​Quality: The expiration date is far out (end of 2027), so the batch is very fresh. ​Digestion: I take these with a meal and haven't had any "fishy burps" or stomach upset, which usually happens to me with cheaper brands. * Benefits: My joint stiffness in the mornings has noticeably improved after 3 weeks of consistent use, I am 21 years old

I have trusted the Solgar brand for a long time. Not every fish oil works well for me, so the dosage and quality of the ingredients are very important. I was pleased with the high levels of EPA and DHA in this product. It’s a clean formula without harmful additives. The capsules are quite large, but they are easy to swallow with plenty of water. Omega-3 is very beneficial for improving skin, energy levels, and immunity. I’m very satisfied with this product.
