I bought these caps for my husband to help him breath cause he has sleep apnea. I am not sure if it helps him, but he has less episodes of decreasing oxygen at night.

I finished the whole bottle before writing a review, I did not notice any increase in oxygen, breathing while doing cardio felt like normal
