Excellent!
It converts starches into energy before they turn into sugars and fats, but you must exercise and the best time to take it is on an empty stomach.

Excellent Energy Boost
I highly recommend the MusclePharm Select L-Carnitine 3000 liquid supplement. It's a very effective product that offers a noticeable energy boost. Taste and Consumption I tried the Peach Nectarine flavor and found it quite pleasant—it tastes slightly better than the Sour Cherry flavor. The liquid is very easy to dose and mixes seamlessly with water, making it simple to consume. Packaging and Design The packaging is also a big plus. The bottle is practical, a good size, and features a secure cap. I am impressed by both the material quality and the overall design. Effectiveness Regarding its effectiveness, I definitely feel the dosage is spot-on. I experience a significant increase in energy, and it particularly helps me get going in the morning. While I can't definitively judge the fat-burning aspect, I certainly perceive a positive energy balance overall. One Minor Drawback My only real complaint is the inclusion of Sucralose as an ingredient, as this artificial sweetener is sometimes considered controversial or potentially risky. Overall, if you're looking for an L-Carnitine supplement that delivers on energy and is easy to use, this is an excellent choice.
