As someone who needs gluten-free options, I appreciate that they're certified and made without cross-contamination worries. They take about 20 minutes to cook, but it's worth it for the nutty flavor and how full they keep me. Topped with fruit and cinnamon, it's my favorite way to start the day. I make it as a side instead of rice (cook it in the instant pot 1:1 vol ratio, 5 min, high pressure, quick release) comes our nutty and wonderful. I also use it as a gf substitute for bulgur. Great quality!
