I love Polenta but corn-must-be-organic due to the chemicals they use on conventional corn. Thus, it was great to fin Organic Polenta from a good and reliable brand. It tastes very good and the texture is just right for me. I use it as "polenta" and on some of my bread recipes (it gives the breads a good taste and texture). I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this polenta. I have eaten it for several years now. It has a great taste. I cook mine with a little salt and add some butter. This goes great with eggs and toast. I often eat my breakfast as dinner. This is the best quality polenta that I can find for the price. I highly recommend it!
This is so easy to prepare. I love making creamy polenta with soy milk. I also add potato flakes from the same brand along with my choice of vegetables and it’s the perfect breakfast food. When it is done, I add miso. It’s such a versatile food of great quality since you can make polenta cakes and keep them refrigerated too! It’s my second time purchasing this and it is definitely a staple in my pantry.
I appreciate that iHerb can delivery so many different hot cereals. I usually had this in the morning and it tastes great. I will purchase it again to try it out as an ingredient for Italian food. I wish these bags’ sizes were bigger though as I tend to go through them quickly.
