This is my favorite Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal. It's instant and not terribly sweet - I don't need extra sugar, so this works great. And it's Bob's, so I know it is good quality and gluten free.
Instant oatmeal is a good quick way to get breakfast fiber. Several instant brands I have tried either don’t taste good or have too many additions that take away from the healthy part of the oatmeal. Bob’s Red Mill , Instant Oatmeal, whole grain, Maple Brown Sugar is my go to breakfast staple. I add walnuts, more flack seed and cinnamon for a real tasty healthy bowlful. Glad I found this on the internet!

I love these Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal packs. So easy to prepare. The Maple flavour is there and, when mixed with water, it comes out creamy. All of Bob's Red Mill are healthy and have no artificial "extras". Packaging by iHerb excellent for shipping to Australia and delivery to Aus was quick. I've been buying these Maple Oatmeal packs for seven years now and always look forward to them.
My Fav, Maple Brown Sugar is the best. Quick to make, delicious, pretty low calorie as well. I use 2 bags for breakfast.
new version of the product, used to have 8 packs of about 35g instead of now 6x 45g. has the recipe changed ? in any case, it's delicious (maybe better than the previous version) and the texture is really creamy

The flavor is good and convenient for a quick breakfast. Sweetness level is nice, and the texture is soft and easy to prepare. However, it’s no longer available, which is disappointing since it was a handy option.
