5mg most optimal dose for me. Really works, i pair it with magnesium glycinate and GABA - makes wonders for sleep, even in a caloric deficit. Previously i bought melatonin from NOW and other brands that are more expensive.Don't see any difference, except the price here is really good. I recommend.
