I bought this for its good ingredient mix of probiotic strains especially Lactobacillus plantarum and gasseri, both known to aid in weight loss. Capsule size is small and eady to swallow with no after taste. Hopefully these will help to restore my gut and digestive health for a stronger immune system.

I highly recommend this excellent blend of 9 Probiotics strains + 1 beneficial yeast and 50 Billion CFU. It is a very good proportion between the quality and size of the package (as is often the case with Nutricost products) which brings many benefits to the immune system. I use it before going to bed with Molkosan for better absorption. Otherwise, use more fibers during the day to feed these probiotics properly. I recommend keeping the package in the fridge.
