Chewable Iron with Vitamin C, Lemon & Lime, 60 mg, 90 Tablets

I bought this because I was pregnant with twins and needed to consume more iron than others. Some say that regular iron pills cause severe constipation and have a fishy taste, but I just don't have the courage to swallow medicine that isn't there, so I looked for something delicious and tried it. First of all, I'm very satisfied because the iron content is very high. Also, it has a sweet and sour lemon flavor, so it doesn't give me morning sickness and is easy to eat. I only ordered two just in case, but I wish I had bought more.

In the end I didn't finish the bottle, but it's a good supplement, it doesn't irritate you and it has a nice flavor.

My iron level is stable after I started taking the tablets, some times there is after taste but usually taste like lemon.

I take them with water, and iv noticed a really good difference as someone with anemia, vitamin c helps with iron absorption and digesting the pills overall so they dont cause you bloating or gut issues, its expensive but worth it, cheap quality iron pills can cause serious health issues, the ingredients in this product are decent, the size is small and the pills too, overall it helps with iron deficiency without causing any side effects, my face looks less yellow after i started taking these pills

If I were you (especially after bariatric surgery or if I know I’m at risk for iron deficiency), this product looks very good. It balances potency with tolerability and includes supportive ingredients (vitamin C, prebiotics) that enhance absorption and gut comfort.

I loooove the taste, there is no blood aftertaste at all.
