I wanted to give up energy drinks because of the sugar and these have been great. Definitely noticed the pick me up when I take them. Great caffeine hit without the guilt. Will buy again.

ok so, so I use caffeine to manage narcolepsy... and supplements that are pure caffeine don't cut it. The green tea extract is a key addition to this product that I think makes it so effective, and you can get too much green tea extract if you're getting it in other supplements so be careful
