Being an expensive product, i was hoping, at least, good pumps, energy, endurance and strenght gains. However, i've got none of that. For this price, i'd definetely get a Pre Kaged or even EVL Pump Mode. First and last time i buy Legion Pulse. Not giving one star because the taste and mixability are okay.
it gives energy but if you want huge energy, i recomand animal pre workout primal
One of my favorites. I take 1 scope only before my workout and it works great. I love the taste and the 1 scope dosage is enough for me to me honest since I workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach having had just coffee.

I love this pre workout not only for the taste ( it is pretty nice compare to the other ones on the market that have a really chemical taste), but for the quality and efficiency of it. The dosage is perfect and give me the good pump to start my workout.
