I had the pre workout the first time yesterday and the quality of my workout improved significantly compared to when I trained without pre workout on two scoops of the pre workout which is the recommended dosage for an intense training session I was able to do my 2 and half hour workout and still not be tired the only thing that makes this product 4 stars instead of 5 is the taste honestly it didn't taste good at all the aftertaste was really sour and bitter but besides that this is a great pre workout
