Nothing about this really stands out to me. It's kind of a meh flavor. I don't really notice much of an energy boost, either. Would probably not purchase again, unless it was on clearance.
The Pink Lemonade flavor is truly excellent—it's not overly sweet or artificial. The powder dissolves well in water, without lumps. It provides a noticeable energy boost during a workout, without an excessive spike or crash. I'll definitely buy it again.
It's supposed to be a pre-workout drink, but I add two scoops to my drink bottle along with some maltodextrin for calories to supercharge my training rides. For me, taking sips from the bottle during a long ride helps bring my legs back from exhaustion and keeps the caffeine intake at what feels like a more optimal level. The taste is better than most pre-workout drinks, but still doesn't taste as natural as the real thing. It also helps to have a second bottle of just plain water to prevent flavor fatigue.
The effect is great, the taste could be a little better, but that's not why we drink it, right?! The main thing for me was that my sensitive stomach can handle it and the primary goal when choosing it was purity, dosage and sucralose-free! It's not the cheapest, but I think it's very good! 🙂
