This spearmint supplement is made out of high quality ingredients. The capsules are great size and has a light taste of spearmint. the dosage for each capsule is decent. I took 2/3 pills daily for a month, I didn’t feel a huge difference in my acne, but maybe a small change.
Quality is not good ingredient is normal as written it’s good for age like me in 30s but I have tried better enzyme from other brand, packaging is quite ugly the benefit is ok digestion stomach everything as expected I think it really improve my gut health a bit and intestinal health
