I have a border line sugar issues, I read that it can help to control glucose level and helps in my hormonal issues so I tried, been using for 2-3weeks before I made a review to give my honest experienced, my sleep improved, my period is on time and feel like light not irritable and grumpy lately idk lol but I think it helped.
This puts me to sleep, calms me down so I believe this helps the nervous system but also gives me energy. This seems to be a well rounded supplement with high potency in a small package. I like the ingredients and it seems to be a quality product. Within 3 uses, I noticed I was eating less. Within 5 uses my monthly cycle went off because it was way too early to start in the first place. Now I'm back on normal schedule. That makes me think hormonal regulation is happening. Within 12 uses I noticed a slight decrease in fatty areas of my body like around the neck and belly, which leads me to think it may help with metabolism. The taste is slightly sweet as this is a sugar alcohol. I do not take on an empty stomach so there is no digestive disturbance, which can happen. Eat a little something. I take the scoop and pour the powder into my mouth and swallow with water. I don't add it to anything. I've already reordered and I'm excited to learn what other benefits are in store for my body. Good product.
I like it very much very easy to consume just two scoops at morning and night daily it will last you just 15 days i recommend you take two of it to last you one month

I’ve been taking this inositol supplement consistently for several weeks and have been really pleased with the results. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach. After two weeks I noticed my back acne are gone, my skin in general is prettier. It’s still not time to get my period, we’ll see what happens but I will continue to use it, because it’s very easy to take and has no flavor or scent.

I just started using these and chose this brand because of the quality of ingredients. So far in the first two weeks I noticed a shift in my mood and energy but not much else. One good thing is these taste much better than the inositol supplements I’ve used in the past, they still have a taste but it’s milder than others imo. I just wish they sold the bigger packaging one on iHerb.
