It's okay for now but I dislike the Citrus flavor. I hope more delicious flavors are given or even no flavor may do. As for quality & ingredient, it's okay. I use it regularly to reduce the swollen part of my body (confidential) as I age. That's all.
Cell Forte and IP6 Gold are the only 2 brands I trust. This will help with the big C word and removing T umer S. It is dose dependent so you need much more than the recommended amounts. 3 -5 scoops per day depending on the severity. Great quality. Zero taste. Just a bit chalky.
I was very happy to discover IP-6 & Inositol product in Powder form and by Natures Way. I have always liked this brand. I appreciate not having to take more pills. The powder is tasty when mixed with water as a beverage. I will be buying this over and over again.

I use this supplement to combat chronic EBV. It helps to support optimal energy levels and lessen fatigue. Whenever I am feeling run down, this is one of my go-to supplements.
I used this product, but I didn't finish the jar for the program that I was using it for, so I can't say one way or another as to whether it was effective or not. But it seemed to be a good product. I do wish they would put it in a glass jar instead of a plastic one however or something other than plastic.
