I miss the 1000 mcg one they used to make but seem to have discontinued please bring that dosage back. This is good too. Also, you seem to have removed the cotton block you used to put in the bottle which was good as it kept the pellets from turning to powder. But cannot fault the formulation. Great product.

i've never had actual blood tests to know the efficiency but I've been told that this form of b-12 (methylcobalamin, as opposed to cyanocobalamin) is the best form to take being dissolved under the tongue. As the body is supposed to store b-12 for a long time, I take these once a week, even at 5000mg once a month is probably enough. suitable for people of any dietary choice as b-12 is lacking in general for everyone.
