Ended up throwing away two unused boxes because this stuff tastes so awful. It has a horrible medicinal taste and must use solubilizing agents that give the drink a thicker viscosity. Do not buy.

I love the quality ingredients GAT produces. I have an issue trying to use regular pre-workout because of the beta alenine amongst other ingredients that give me the jitters. Though this is meant to just be an energy stick throughout your day I will be using them for a pre-workout instead.
Wasn’t the biggest fan of this powder as it was hard to dissolve in both hot and cold water and the taste wasn’t that nice either

The powder dissolves relatively quickly (especially if you add a bit of hot water), and you do get your caffeine fix. I used it in combination with my pre-workout and it did wonders. The sachets are easy to dispense and to carry to the gym.
This pre-workout formula is perfectly dosed for me. Not too heavy on the stimulants and gets the job done without the jitteriness. Lots of energy and really good workouts. I like the to-go packs too.
Love the taste! Plus the small packaging is easy to carry, I will consider repurchasing it.
