Powder to increase energy before a workout. I don't know if it really did the job because I don't always take it. Seems to be of high quality

I like the light flavor of these jet fuel sticks. They’re not heavily syrupy tasting. The ingredients are clean and tend to do a great job fulfilling the description of what they do I bought these to be used as a pre-workout since regular pre-workouts have too much stimulants inside them. I’m pleased with the results. I plan to buy the other two flavors.

I tried it and I didn't sleep for a day and a half. The caffeine content in it is very high. I couldn't stand it keeping you awake for a day and a half.

Decent flavour. Love how it has caffeine but it does not need to be that much it could be lower.

I like GAT beacase it always offers superior products with reasonable price.

Those who want caffeine and do not like coffee and tea can replace them with juice. This contains vitamins such as vitamin C, and their taste is truly like the taste of vitamin C effervescent tablets. The problem is that they do not dissolve in water, meaning they remain in the cup like powder, which was annoying.

Ended up throwing away two unused boxes because this stuff tastes so awful. It has a horrible medicinal taste and must use solubilizing agents that give the drink a thicker viscosity. Do not buy.
