Very gentle and natural source of calcium! I like that it comes from herbs, not just minerals. It helps with my muscle tension and sleep quality. Excellent choice if you prefer plant-based supplements.
Took for a while but then didn't need anymore. Can't say that it had any noticeable effect because I didn't take it long enough.
After one bottle of 3-4 caps a day the skin, nails, and hair look better, but I also took bone and tissue syrup,as well. Can't say I will absolutely substitute it for usual calcium citrate, they both are great to me. Although, all herbs are really multifunctional, and you may receive a lot of good accompanied effects for your body.
I really like this calcium as I have osteoporosis and my calcium numbers are good being on it. The quality is good as my herbalist and doctor both recommended. It doesn’t bother my stomach or any other side effects from the natural ingredients.
I have osteoporosis and last visit with my dr. he laughed at 'herbal' calcium. I am trying it to see if it helps, afraid of getting kidney stones from regular calcium. I like to try natural, no RX!
I love the ingredients and quality of this brand. I don't have the strongest teeth and was recommended to take calcium from the dentist office. I do see an improvement because I can chew on ice now lol

Another great Christopher's Original Formulas product. Although I am a vegetarian, I don't like to overdue my dairy intake but I still fell I need, as I age, to supplement my usable calcium levels.
