Picked this up for my teenage son and appreciate that it’s made from whole foods rather than synthetic fillers — that was the main thing I was looking for. Capsules are a manageable size and he’s had no issues taking them daily. Hoping the “clean ingredient” claim holds up long term, but so far it fits what we wanted for his daily multivitamin.

Great, quality product for those looking for a real multivitamin. I love that many of the ingredients are sourced from real, whole foods, not just something artificially made in a lab that our bodies can't even absorb. Also love that the b vitamins are methylated so they are easily absorbed! I like how the daily dose is 2 capsules instead of one so the doses are split and the body can take in more. Won't ever be buying those cheap drugstore multivitamins again!
It really works. My teenage son drank it and now he started never to get aick for almost a year. And the levels of a lot of elements became higher. Came to norm.
Teen boys do not need iron so this brand was recommended to me for a natural, clean multi vitamin without iron but all the other essential vitamins and minerals he needs.
