Good quality ingredient. Taste is pretty nice, been looking for electrolyte with a bit more potassium in them. The package size is pretty compact. Definitely helping me with hydration after a workout or sport activities. Good to mix with magnesium glycinate powder since those tastes really bad on its own which what I'm doing.
I have tried a lot of electrolytes on the market and these were good but a couple of things to note there is considerably more potassium in these than other electrolytes as noted in the name and the taste is slightly more synthetic than some others I have tried. It’s a good size and has good quality ingredients and definitely does hydrate but just be wary if you have a potassium issue they are a little pricey than some other brands also. All in all good product but expensive and not the best tasting brand I’ve tried.
Quality ingredients, effective and delicious! I’m glad I found this product - easy hydration after a workout, sickness, to help low blood pressure or energize on a hot day! Third time ordering now. I do use about 1/2 the amount that they suggest as I find the full dose too strong…lasts longer as well.
Yes it is salty, just mix with more water. Love the blue raspberry flavor

This product eliminates my muscle cramps. I forgot to take some with me on a recent trip and after a few days, I was getting daily muscle cramps. Could not wait to get home to take some more Potassium Cocktail. However, I feel that they could make this less sweet.
Found this product to help keep myself hydrated. Working remotely and in very hot conditions i was able to back up day after day with a decent nights sleep. Quality is quite good but is lacking phosphorus which would make it complete. Was also using it preworkout to help boost performance.
Love how clean the ingredients are on this, and that the taste is still great. Not a fake taste like some sports drinks. Helps alleviate headaches for me, and makes a great workout or post-sauna drink.
