Very bad experience – caused strong stomach irritation
Honestly, this is the worst supplement I’ve ever tried. It caused me severe stomach irritation and pain, and the taste is awful — it stayed in my mouth for hours even after training. I took it at 5 PM, and by 11 PM the bad taste and discomfort were still there. It completely ruined my workout experience. I absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone.

This is a powder that's only 10% concentration. Considering ARA is a fatty acid, I would prefer a liquid form at a higher concentration and better delivery method. Unfortunately this is the only ARA product available on this website. It does work some, but I feel it could be better.
