I found the powder very tastful , you can eat it like that if you want to , it is slightly sweet . for mushroombroths I would take another kind like reishi ,shiitake or ...since this has not the tipical mushroom taste . I use it in my smoothies to get my daily intake of mushroom .

The king of mushrooms in my opinion, love linos mane. Has really helped my brain fog in menopause and concentration. Take every morning dissolved in coffee. Slight flavor but I like it.

Blend a couple of grams of this into my coffee. This one is fruiting body only so better than products with mycelium. Tastes nice. Reasonable price.
