This is so far the most chewy pad thai I ever had even though there is only organic rice as its ingredient! It's good to go with anything and tastes good after frying.
So happy that this is organic, only 1 ingredient, high quality. I just hope that it could be less pricey! But oh well, maybe you pay for the quality❤️
I’ve tried Lotus Food’s other noodle variations & they are always a hit at my house.. but I saw this version & knew I had to try it. It was not a disappointed!! Absolutely delicious and my Pad Thai tastes like one from a restaurant.

My favorite pad thai noodles. They are thicker than noodles from other brands and I love it. Quality ingredients, good size for 2 people (+some leftovers) and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We just started using this product recently and are very happy with the results. I don’t make Pad Thai, which is what these noodles are meant for, but I found they make a very nice noodle for any other pasta dish you would want to make. Highly recommend.
Five stars because sometimes I just need something that is easy and quick and these do the job. Also makes me feel good that the ingredients are organic. I find they are a bit sticky when cooked (I eat them dry afterwards and not in a soup). Maybe I'm just not used to these types of noodles. The taste is kind of neutral.
