I LOVE this gluten free pasta. I have tried this brand’s sourdough pasta and it’s good, but it has a gooey film when cooked. The ingredients of lentil and rice version has none of that. It tastes delicious just like normal pasta. Plus the fact that it’s organic and glysophate free makes it a winner. Worth paying a little more for this excellent quality penne.

first it tastes really good. you can't even tell its GF. its clean ingredients and great quality. the biggest pro is it cooks much faster that other gf pastas I tried my fave to use. love it
