A great alternative to liquid IV
I like that these aren't too sweet, and are a great electrolyte option after/during a workout or long training session. I wish they sold larger bags of these because I go through them quite quickly, but they really do help quench my thirst. They taste delicious and are everything I'm looking for in an electrolyte!
