Be aware of buying this product !!! It says magnesium citrate, but that's not what it is. Magnesium citrate is very soluble in water (20g/100 ml) and has a slightly acidic taste. This product is not soluble at all, not even in hot water and has no acidic taste. Very likely, it's cheap magnesium oxide that has very poor absorption. I wish iHerb would curate the products offered more carefully.

I like it because it has the same high quality plus no unnecessary unwanted additives or fillers like sillica. It has no taste, so it's easy to adjust myself to taking the powder form. The measuring spoon inside will help me to measure the right dose. I think I will gradually move on to the powder form, which is pure and high quality so that I don't have to take unnecessary fillers and that I can take the dose as much as I want! There is no such pill form with 600 mg and now I can "make" it for myself. Thank you for the product of high-quality, high bioavailability.
