Allulose Sweetener, 3 lb (1,361 g)

I've tried so many different sugar substitutes like stevia, monk fruit and erythritol but Allulose is the best one that I can tolerate. The others had an unnatural taste and weird finish that wasn't good. Not to mention the others would cause some kind of gut reaction that I didn't like. Allulose to me is the best so far! YMMV

I love the taste of this even though it is not quite as Swedish sugar. The quality is top notch. It is pricey, but the bigger bag is definitely cheaper per gram than the smaller bag.

I use this for all our baking and at home sugar replacement. So much better for you than sugars and is recommended by Dr Gundry! I also love the size as its in a large bag now so it lasts longer than buying lots of bags as I use it quite often. The benefits are so good for your gut and I use it as a 1:1 replacement in recipes as it's part of the Lectin Free diet and it also sugar free.

This is a great alternate to sugar in just about any recipe. It has baking properties much more similar to sugar than the other alternatives especially for making things like cookies
