I found this product, Inflammatone by Designs for Health, very effective . I have repeat orders for this one. I use to depend on bromelain and celery extract for inflammation. However, I found this alone to be more effective.
Did PRP for right knee pain. Had to stop all anti inflammatories to maximise the effect of PRP. Did feel pain on the left knee. 2 weeks after the shot, I decided to take it again. It helped ease the pain on the left knee. Easy to take as it's a capsule but effect not as good as Megafood but those are big tablets.

Brand is top quality. The ingredients seem to be balanced for inflammation. The capsule is smallish and easy to swallow. I always took with food in the mornings. No help with bowels if that is what you are using it for. I purchased in place of NOW Foods, AlliBiotic CF, which is currently out of stock and my preference.
