so good I saw tingling and felt blurry wouldn't recommend for everything workout and if you feel very down it didn't last long for the first time in a while me and my friend took it at first it was good but then came the crash and we couldn't concentrate but the taste is good and the quality look majestic I recommend it for people who have high tolerance and already built for all that caffeine

I like the composition of stimulants and vitamins per dosage that really give you an edge and solidify your routine. Frequency of workout should always be considered for maximum results and benefit. Will wake you up, but shrinks your thing...no joke. Think its the dmae. I would be taking this all the time if it wasn't for that side effect. But anything with dmae in it does that to me. Bummer
