Very good for the immune system. I recently ran out and didn't reorder for about 2 months because of my budget. I figured I could wait, but I'm so sorry I didn't reorder. I got a very painful sore throat that I hadn't experienced in years. Then I remembered I was not taking this Vitamin C, and immediately reordered! So, I will not be without this. It's worth it!
