I bought this to help with the 3/4 AM perimenopause wakeups and to have more sound sleep at night, and it works like a charm. I had been using moonbrew which worked well but I wanted to move away from drinking something so close to bedtime and this gave the same magnesium effect without the extra liquid consumption.
Like that the magnesium & L-theanine are combined. Easy to swallow and Less pills to take at night. Helps with falling asleep quickly. Appreciate this brand’s quality - use some of their other supplements
This has been the best magnesium I have taken so far and I have used a lot of different components and compounds of magnesium, but this one so far has been the best one to deliver and I also use magnesium oil spray sometimes if I’m feeling like I need a deeper sleep
Sleep quality felt a bit better without morning grogginess, but I'm not sure if that's not down to placebo. I can't say it's superior to other brands I used.

I've only been taking this supplement for a little while, so I can't say if its having much of an effect yet. I bought it because I heard it can help improve sleep quality. I'll try to take it more consistently to see if it helps. I know for sure it isn't harming me.
i have been entering rem sleep on a consistent basis even on the first day, the benefits have been great so far my cognitive thinking has expanded aswell the quality for the price is worth it. Really recommend the product for anyone thinking of buying i like it for the price.
I use it at night as someone who suffers from Endometriosis and have had many muscles pains from my meds too, it calms down the body a bit and helps with sleep.
