Overall great product, would recommend it to any gym enthusiast, I’m assuming most people would go to the gym to build muscles. Great pre-work out, fruit burst isn’t my favourite flavour but it does the trick to energize before you workout. Make sure you order the right flavour before you order. I would say this would be a better option then taking red bull or monster before going to the gym. Hope this review helps
