IT helps with insuline resistance and reduces menstruation pain. I stoped taking it after 2 weeks as my insuline resitence got better (I was able to eat carbs without burning sensation in my skin or sand in my eyes afterwards) but it was probably a sinergic result from all the other things I was doing.
This is supposed to be one of the best supplements for a lot of female issues including PCOS and irregular cycles. I love that it contains both forms of inositol. They are also supposed to help with insulin sensitivity. I may be having a more regular cycle with it, and I will give it more time to see what it does for me. Fantastic ingredients.
The product is good, i have been having irregular periods but today I spotted showing my cycle is going back to normal which will also help ovulate , i take 2caps in a day morning/evening depending on my work schedule, i bought Regulate and Conception for her after which i take once a week Product is amazing
