I love electrolytes from bodyhealth, yes taste is not as you would drink juice but this is health product and sweetened naturaly. Quality of ingredients always top tier, size of package could be bigger, I get through it pretty quickly, because I use it after training pretty much every day, sometimes even 2-3 times if my workout was intense.

I usually add this in my cold water bottle with creatine and lemon ice as I love the taste, the electrolytes helps me hydrated and I drink this before my hot yoga class to allow my body to have enough hydration as we sweated like a “waterfall” of water in this hot class! I love the size of this package because if you don’t want to buy individual packages, this is a great size for you to carry around during a busy day of yours!
