Love that these electrolytes don’t have sugar. In the ingredients. They help me come out of a crash or if my POTS is playing up to hydrate me fast with water. Great quality product. Taste fine and good size packaging.

These are great for my POTS. I take a couple when I’m feeling really drained or have things I need to do. The sodium content per serving is amazing and they’re great value compared to others on the market. Will be buying again.

Was super keen to try this brand as I have POTS and typical salt tablets are huge in size and hard to swallow, so this was a much better alternative and you can’t taste the salt at all. Ingredients are perfect for POTS and they’re super high quality. Even the price was okay given that iherb have regular sales.

I take this on the daily as a management for my POTS. The size is not too big and is easy to swallow. The package includes 100 capsules each with 250mg of sodium and and 50mg of potassium. I’ve found that what works best for me is to take 2 pills every morning with a 600ml of water, and then I take another during the day. They don’t upset my stomach and I tend to have several GI issues. The ingredients are good quality, there’s no after taste whatsoever or taste. It helps me maintain good hydration levels, as main method and also in conjunction with other electrolytes. Here the price is a lot cheaper compared to the place I usually get it, like others have mentioned I wished it were available more often. I 100% recommend it, it has really helped me to get back on my feet after a bad flare up.

Convenient way to add some electrolytes into daily intake without having to chug Gatorades all day. Like that it had added sodium as well witch a lot of electrolyte supplements leave out.
