Based on favorable reviews and the fact that this supplement is vegan- based rather than derived from some mineral or animal bone, I decided to try this on the advice of my naturopathic practitioner. I hope it is helping the strength of bones and teeth. Will continue to try the product to remedy whatever deficiencies I might have.

It provides the basic requirements for calcium, magnesium, vitamin K2, and vitamin D3 from natural seaweed, and also contains a suitable amount of vitamin C to enhance calcium absorption. Furthermore, the capsules are easier to take than tablets.
