i’m a returning customer from ryse previously bought the strawberry loaded preworkout from them, and was great. im a frequent user of preworkout as i workout 4 times a week so having 30 servings of pre does well for me as i wont need to restock that much. in terms of taste you can never go wrong with ryse they hit the spot when it comes to that. dosage and composition of the preworkout is decent enough, more stim focused than pump focused but a lot of people i know tend to mix different pres so they can get the best of both worlds

great taste,good feeling during workout and no crash. the scoop is alittle too big imo,gave a friend less than half a scoop and she was energized aswell wouldn't recommend to use it daily but for days you don't feel like yourself this one is pretty decent. and again,flavour is 10/10
