I started taking this to help with my slow glucoronidation detox pathway. Initially it caused extreme fatigue, but over a week or so it lessened. Not only my elevated bilirubin went down but it has also helped to have a deeper, more restful sleep. I'm still taking it because nothing else improves my sleep and clears my mind as this one.

Calcium D-Glucarate is an excellent dietary supplement in capsules that contains D-glucaric acid calcium salt. Glucaric acid calcium salt is the calcium form of D-glucaric acid, a substance that is naturally produced in small amounts in the body.
This supplement is solid for supporting detox pathways and hormone balance—especially useful if you’re focused on clearing excess estrogen metabolites or improving glucuronidation.  In my experience: I felt a subtle improvement in bloating and felt “lighter” on heavy food days. The tablets are a bit large and the effects aren’t dramatic, but it’s a good supportive addition.  Would recommend if you’re addressing hormone metabolism or secondary detox support; not a “core” must-have unless you have those specific goals.
I use this as part of daily fibroids symptom management. It really works. And I have tried some other brands, some work, some don’t seem to. This one is definitely one that works.

I have estrogen dominance and breast fibroid. I have taken this since September 2024. My hot flush is reduced dramatically, meaning that estrogen dominance is improved. Its benefits for breast fibroid is also worth mentioning. I have my check up recently and I am happy with the result. Source Naturals Calcium D Glucarate is great. I do not think is is great source of calcium for bone but it adds something to make our bones stronger and it is additional benefit.
