The best supplement I have taken so far, I hope you will make this supplement always available in all regions and make the supplement or delivery affordable, especially like us from the Philippines. I have suffered from OCD, severe anxiety, depression, and insomnia for 8 years and I tried a lot of supplements but this Positive thought John wort helped me tremendously. it is life-changing for us people who have suffered from mental illness or mental disorder. I say for me this is very effective and it doesn't have any side effects.

Good product, but the body needs to adapt to it and the doses of it. At first be cautious, not take 3 tablets per day. Elder person at first day of consumption, at night even fell out of his bed. Dose was too big. Now as he adapted to it, this product is helping a lot. Products with GABA can be taken even after stroke for quicker recovery. It is science based info, google for it if you do not believe.

Been using this for almost 3 weeks & it has definitely improved my mental well-being. Ibtake 2 in the morning with food. I have severe anxiety disorder & I get panic attacks for no apparent reason. I tend to overthink things & have heart palpitations most of the time. My mind had been mostly clear & calm since I started using it.

I'll trying to take on before bedtime, with vitamin B6 and melatonin. Love the ingredients list, that's why i chosed this product with St. John Wort (zveeroboy). It also contains gaba, taurin, different aminoacids, vitamin b complex, some herbs etc etc. Also the tablets are huge :( but smell is ok - typical for vitamins of B group + greens

I take this under the direction of a Dr. of Psychiatry, whom approves of me taking it. I take 6 caplets, which is a double dose. Along with my non-conflicting prescribed medication. I say that, to say that it’s safe if you know what you’re doing. It helps with my mood a ton, benefiting me greatly. It’s well packaged, there’s always a caplet broken in half in the bottle. It tastes like blueberries and sweet yummy savory things. They’re big, and take a TON of water to gulp and swallow fast. But they’re easy to take for me. I don’t struggle with taking pills and supplement capsules. These go down smooth and don’t really get stuck, as I keep the water flowing it’ll dislodge anything stuck and free up and go down.

I’ve been giving these to my partner who was feeling a little down and couldn’t be bothered doing much which isn’t good. But after taking these after a couple of weeks he’s much happier and is doing much more around the home and yard. So I’d recommend them. They’re easy to take and he said there’s no aftertaste and he takes them 1x3 times per day. I recommend these if you’re feeling down and don’t want to take pharmaceutical products.

Source naturals positive thoughts has worked great for me for many years. If I'm very stressed, I take regularly. St. John's Wort is helpful. I get more sleep , and helps with my stress and mood. Also a great benefit of B vitamins. UPDATE, I am not finding this to work as well as it was for years. Nothing has changed in ingredients. But I will give it a break to see if I feel any change.

I have many diagnosis for many things, and I turn to this as a nightly, without fail, necessity. I feel level, and calm with it. I feel my emotions are peaceable and my depression is highly assisted to eliminated with it. I highly benefit from this. The size of the caplets don’t bother me, I just flood my mouth with water and it all goes down. I take a double dosage of this to truly help, but I think it kills my energy. One dose isn’t enough. I take it under the direction of a physician. They don’t taste bad either, kind of like blueberries and hay.
