I love this electrolyte for the taste and the price. Compared to some of the other brands out there they can get really expensive! The only thing I noticed is that you need to add a little at a time and stir to prevent clumping. If you dump in all at once, sometime it forms little undissolved clumps. Besides that, it's perfect!

Such a great electrolyte company. I really enjoy this flavour. Sometimes it’s even great with half a lemon squeezed into it which I find isn’t as good with the other flavours. The sticks are really great for a travel and on the go. But definitely need a lot of them to last more than two weeks
