I’ve tried a bunch of electrolyte mixes and most taste like soda mix. ReLyte Lemon Lime actually hydrates. It’s lightly sweet, a little salty (in a good way), and super clean. I drink 1 scoop in ~500–600 ml cold water first thing in the morning before coffee and I feel way less “dry” and foggy. Also solid on workout days—no weird stomach, no fake flavors. If you under-dilute it, the salt can taste strong, so more water = better. Mixes fine in a shaker.

I love this electrolytes, I normally buy the mango flavor but it’s so hard to get that I decided to try this flavor and I LOVE it! This is such a great electrolyte, also such a great compact size for travel, doesn’t come in one of those big bulky containers like the other electrolytes I’ve had previously. Also a nice small scoop for when you want to put into your water bottles. Great taste nothing artificial feeling.

this is clearly the best hydration formula around and I have tried many. the taste is very good, sweetened with Stevie, which I like. this is basically the only beverage I can drink for everyday use and sports. I do not like water and tea but this beverage, I can literally feel how it hydrates me.
