no carbs, no artificial sweetener in the ingredients. kinda salty, more so than other electrolytes I've tried but i like the taste better. love this flavor but it's frequently out of stock and i ordered mango once and its VERY mango-y 😝

I love the Redmonds Re-Lyte electrolytes, they are my favorite electrolytes. This is my least favorite flavor of the available flavors, it's not very strong in berry flavor, but still enjoyable.

This electrolyte drink has a pleasant berry flavor and mixes well without being too sweet. I feel more energized and refreshed after using it regularly.

Love this stuff. Good and salty and the taste isn’t annoying even if you drink a lot of it (which I do). They’re handy if you’re keto like me because actually zero carbs.

This is a great product. It has a good balance of quality ingredients. The flavor is good. Mixes well in water. It's a medium size package for the value. Great benefit for electrolyte balancing.

Quite a salty solution, but I would still drink it when needed. I think most electrolytes are quite salty so I don't have a lot to compare it to. I haven't noticed much difference, so will have to continue trying it to see if it's helping.

love this product we cant seem to live without it. exspecially on our carnivore diet. taste good ..good ingredients. good size for price and quality ingredients we love remonds real salt too so. this is perfect.

I use this after a hard workout or sauna session. Helps to refresh and revitalize me. Mixes in water alright and tastes good to boot.

One of the few powders that actually have a healthy serving of potassium which is hard to find in most electrolyte powders. This one will definitely help you recover from dehydration or exercise quickly.
