These are my absolute favorite electrolytes. They taste great (definitely salty) just like I like them. The quality is really high and the ingredients are amazing for hydration. I take it after a good workout or sauna. I definitely feel the benefits of having good quality minerals on my hydration.

I love this electrolyte mix! I bought it for sauna days, when I want to restore more of sodium content, as it has more of it, compared to other brands. I do use Trace minerals when I simply exercise, as it has more rounded mix of everything else. I honestly love the flavor. Strawberry lemonade taste like a really nice, natural lemonade and I can see myself sipping on this during hot summer days just to restore myself. Great quality, clean ingredients. Already purchasing my second jar!
Clean ingredients: no artificial sweeteners or flavors and contains real salt. The raspberry lemonade flavor tastes yummy. It’s very similar to Gatorade or other isotonic drinks in saltiness / consistency but doesn’t have the strong artificial sweetener aftertaste that coats your tongue. I think it’s fairly priced compared to others on the market with similar ingredients. I do find it mixes best in a shaker bottle or using a small whisk.

This was my first time trying this powder. I do half a scoop twice a day. The flavor tastes very natural and I can taste the electrolytes in it, specifically the sodium.
