I could easily finish a container in a week, I kid you not! All of the electrolyte flavors are delicious, but grape has to be my favorite. Super high quality in terms of taste and not causing any side effects on my stomach at all. It mixes super well in both warm and cold water, and when you add a dash of apple cider vinegar, it's the perfect rehydration and gut-replenishing drink! It's really easy to bring the container around, and the scoop makes it very easy to portion.

Amazing quality, flavour is nice, but the powder is very very fine so each time i open it i start sneezing because it just flies everywhere in the room.. and it is very strong, be aware that it isn’t for people with kidney problems, it will literally hold all the water in your body and if you are prone to swelling it might make you swell. But you will feel super hydrated. one of the best electrolytes powder i have ever had

I like to put this in my gym water bottle. The taste is good. I can describe it as grape flavored sour candy. The container I got is a different shape from the photos presented, but I don't mind the change. The ingredients are still the same as the ones listed on the product page. I drink this every day with my added Colostrum. Its refreshing and gives me the boost I need. I'm a fan of grape beverages, and this works for me.
