Shilajit, 1.06 oz (30 g)

I think this produck has helped me raise hemoglobin so i will continue using it to see more benefits that it can give.. It is tar like consistency, it has distinct smell and taste to it, but that does not make me want to stop using it. I take a pea size amount (recimended dosage) using provided spoon, dilute it in small cup of water and then just drink it quickly on empty stomach in morning. Do not get rid of inner white lid, that helps to keep product fresh.

I've already bought many shilajit brands and this on here is the best I've ever had. I feel the purity and the pungent taste that only real shilajit has. Extremely high quality and potency. I recommend it!

this product has an excellent ingredients with very very good quality and size and the dosage is perfect the taste is not bad and it's full of benefits like anti aging, energy, immune system, glowing skin, high testosterone and many more I would suggest everyone to use it even good for muscle recovery

This product delivers: 1. Quality - I felt revitalized (hadn't had enough sleep) after the first dose. 2. Quantity - perfect size; after you open it, the clock is on.It will start to harden so I can get through this before it does that. 3. Packaging - After using for a few days, bits of resin will ultimately get on the outside of the jar, but the cylindered container it comes in keeps it from spreading elsewhere. *ALSO the scoop is dual purpose: dosage line and hook for setting on side of glass/cup so resin can melt into beverage. 4. Multiple Health Benefits - After 1 week, I'm already sleeping better, looking and feeling revitalized. I'm sure after a month I will be able to update this with even more results.

I've been using this for a few months to increase my iron levels and do like it. Shilajit is a very tar-like and sticky substance. I put it in coffee so it's easy to dissolve w minimal flavor. The packaging is quite good. it's very sticky so you really need to be sure ypu don't get it on the edges so you can properly close the container. seems very authentic
