Maju Superfoods Cold-Pressed Black Seed Oil contains 2% thymoquinone and helps lower blood sugar. My son takes two capsules with dinner. His fasting blood glucose is within the normal range.
I believe this brand rated as one of the best, and take the black seed oil as gel capsules is more convenient for me.

I absolutely love these! I purchased the oil first and I couldn’t handle the flavour and then I found these. There’s no flavour and easy to swallow. They do wonders for my skin. Actually better than I had even anticipated.
The packaging was very nice, it definitely helped with inflammation in my opinion. Quality of the product is really good, Im going to order 2 more bottles now. I liked that the capsules were really easy to take/swallow as well.

Very good quality black seed oil in capsule form. Cold-pressed and easy to take without the strong taste of liquid oil. I use it for immune and skin support. Will definitely repurchase.
This is my third bottle. I prefer this versus actually consuming the black seeds themselves. I do know that it’s probably cost effective to just make black seed tea.
I have more energy. I feel like it helps with bloating too. I’ve been cycling one capsule everyday every two months and I’m really enjoying this product
